Bare Bones Cooking Class, Fall 2022
Bare Bones Cooking Class, Fall 2022
Oct 10 - Dec 19, 2022
This all-levels class with award-winning cookbook author Beth Dooley and her son Kip will help you turn farmer’s market baskets into delicious meals that bring joy to your home and support local farmers.
“This course was different than any cooking class I've done.
Beth and Kip helped each participant find their own style and preferences in the kitchen with structured lessons and discussions. I definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their cooking skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.”
-Heather, Teacher and Mother of teens
For the price of a few fancy restaurant meals, you’ll get 10 weeks of instructional videos with optional homework, a monthly live teaching with Beth & Kip, and support in creating your very own recipes within a fun community of fellow home cooks. Ongoing discussion and recipe-sharing takes place in a private Facebook group, and the student fee includes lifetime access to all course materials.
“Beth's encouraging personality and simple approach boosted our confidence.
The PDF handouts get better every time we go back to them. We have a roadmap now on how to create with the food we have on hand. I guess this class is more about teaching someone to fish instead of fishing for them.”
David & Nancy, Runners, Researchers and Vegetarians
